The Emerging Leaders @ Harvard Law School Program was founded by C.J. Azubuine and Maria Leister to support the Dean’s mission to foster a learning community at Harvard Law School. The only professional development program at Harvard University founded and operated by staff, the Emerging Leaders Program was created to give HLS employees the opportunity to develop leadership skills through educational sessions, mentoring, events, and community service.
