However, as outlined in the University-Wide Statement on Rights and Responsibilities, the exercise of that right is subject to time, place, and manner limitations that protect our students’ right to pursue their education free of interference or disruption and the university’s right and ability to conduct its operations. The following policies are among those that govern community’s norms and expectations, including protest and dissent, at Harvard Law School. Community members are expected to follow staff directives regarding authorized use of space on the Harvard Law School campus. Failure to follow staff instructions may lead to disciplinary action.
