United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary, Office of Senator Richard Blumenthal

Noam Krainin will spend his fellowship year with the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary in the Office of Senator Richard Blumenthal, where he will help craft new legislation, plan and help administer executive branch oversight hearings, research pending legislative matters, and vet judicial nominees.

While at Harvard Law School, Noam was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review and a Congress Editor for the Harvard Journal on Legislation. He also worked with Protect Democracy as a clinical student in the Democracy and the Rule of Law Clinic. Noam spent his summers working at Common Cause, Latham & Watkins, and Co-Equal.

Noam holds a B.A. in Political Science from American University, where he also minored in Legal Studies, International Studies, and Economics.
