Abigail Judge will spend her fellowship year with Greenpeace International, where she will aid the organization’s international climate litigation, particularly in the context of public international law, international human rights mechanisms, and State obligations with respect to climate change
adaptation.
While at Harvard, Abigail participated in the Human Rights Entrepreneurs Clinic, and served as co-president of the school’s Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team. During her moot court tenure, she was a two-time recipient of the Baxter Memorial Award, the highest memorial award in the competition; a 2026 National Champion and finals oralist; and she received both First Place Memorial and First Place Oralist award at the 2025 United States Eastern Regionals. During her summers, she worked at the British Institute for International and Comparative Law and Hogan Lovells. Abigail graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in International Politics and Economics. Prior to law school, she worked as an immigration casework paralegal.
