Employer registration has opened for our annual Spring Interview Program (SIP)!

Is your organization hiring for summer or postgraduate positions? Consider registering and recruiting through the HLS Spring Interview Program.

Please use our registration survey to sign up for virtual interviews, resume/materials collection, or an employer chat. Employers are welcome to participate both in 1) virtual interviews or resume/materials collection AND 2) employer chats.

There are a number of ways you can recruit and connect with HLS students through the program:

  • Virtual Interviews – to take place through our platform between January 29 – February 6.
  • Resume/Materials Collection – applications will be collected through our platform and sent to you on February 6. You may then schedule interviews at your convenience.
  • Virtual Employer Chats – informal networking opportunities to take place through our platform between January 12-15.

Employer chats will take place during the open window when students can also apply for virtual interviews and submit for resume/materials collection. These conversations are designed to allow students and public interest employers to meet in a low-pressure environment, and to introduce students to a variety of public interest paths. Students will review a list of participating employers and sign up in advance to attend an employer chat. Even if you do not plan to recruit for open positions at this time, employer chats are a great way to connect with students and share more about your organization.

Key details:

  • Our spring program is open to all current 1L, 2L and 3L JD students. 
  • Virtual interviews and resume/materials collection are geared toward employers seeking to hire for summer or postgraduate positions to begin this upcoming summer or fall, not for academic year externships.
