Barry recently served as chief impeachment counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives in the Senate impeachment trial of the former president of the United States. Previously, he served as special counsel to the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives in connection with its first investigation and impeachment of the former president of the United States.
