Patricio is a Senior Clinical Instructor and Director of the Wage Theft Practice at the Harvard legal Aid Bureau. He has been at HLAB since 2011. Before that, he was an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. From 2004 to 2008, he worked in the Housing Unit of Neighborhood Legal Services in Lynn, Massachusetts, first as a Berkeley Law Fellow then as a Staff Attorney.
Patricio graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 2003. After graduating, he completed a one-year clerkship with the Massachusetts Superior Court in Boston. Patricio lives in Winthrop, Massachusetts, with his wife, Laura; their daughter, Madeleine; and various animals. Patricio graduated from Brown University in 1996 with a degree in history. He enjoys playing and coaching soccer, playing tennis, paddleboarding, cooking, and walking his dogs on the beach.
