Erin Walczewski has been a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School since 2014. Her areas of expertise include design thinking, advocacy, negotiation, and entrepreneurship. Ms. Walczewski is a practicing attorney with Cooley LLP, serving as Pro Bono Counsel with a focus on nonprofits, low-income entrepreneurs, and social enterprises. She previously worked in venture capital financing and then in attorney development, teaching both skills-based courses and substantive law. She is also the Chair of the Board of the Professional Development Consortium, a national nonprofit for legal professionals.
Ms. Walczewski served as the Director of the Kirkland Pre-Law Program at Harvard College from 2008 to 2018. From 2010 to 2012 she taught negotiation as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center. She graduated valedictorian from Truman State University with a B.S. in political science, holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and is a frequent speaker and presenter.
