2026 is the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Harvard Law School, as well as Harvard University, will be marking this watershed year with events exploring the significance of this occasion for the American legal system, for the legal profession, and for our democracy.
This event will focus on law and governance challenges and the panel will include Professors Molly Brady, Annette Gordon Reed, Richard Re, Daphna Renan, and Jonathan Zittrain, and be moderated by Professor Tomiko Brown-Nagin, the Dean of Harvard Radcliffe Institute.
