For members of our community staying on campus through the Thanksgiving break, join HUDS for a traditional New England Thanksgiving dinner, served continuously on Thursday, November 27 from 11:30am-7:00pm, at Annenberg Dining Hall. $18.85 per person (plus tax for non-students)

Thanksgiving Menu:

  • Lobster Bisque
  • Roasted Vegetable Soup (Vgn)
  • Carved Roast Turkey & Pan Gravy
  • Baked Ham with Raisin Relish
  • New England Fall Vegetable Stew (Vgn)
  • Cranberry Bread Stuffing (Vgn)
  • Cranberry Sauce (Vgn)
  • Sweet Potato Soufflé  (V)
  • Mashed Potatoes  (V)
  • Green Bean Casserole with Fried Shallots (V)
  • Peppered Turnips  (Vgn)
  • New England Harvest Salad of roasted sweet potato, butternut squash & beets, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese and cranberry raisin dressing
  • Cape Cod Chopped Salad of thick cut bacon, arugula, diced Massachusetts apples, sundried cranberries, blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing
  • Pecan,  Apple and Pumpkin Pies
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Vermont Cabot Cheese & Bread Board
