Representing Creators and Innovators in the Video Game Industry

Please join Harvard’s Video Game Law Association in virtual conversation with Brandon Huffman of Odin Law. In addition to his strong practice in representing tech and media clients with various matters, Brandon volunteers as general counsel to the International Game Developers’ Association, the largest trade organization focused on supporting individual game developers. Brandon will discuss what it is like to practice in the video game industry, his position as GC to the IGDA, and provide a snapshot of the challenges that the industry faces moving forward.
