Congratulations on finishing up law school! Now please join Assistant Dean Mark Weber and OCS Alumni Advisor, Margie Boone, as we discuss your first years of “Real World” practice including:

• Maximizing your law firm experience
• Avoiding common mistakes
• How headhunters work
• Understanding the lateral market (including how long to stay in your first job)
