Join us for a lunch talk with Professor John Newman, an expert on antitrust and competition law who has served as deputy director of the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Competition and as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division. The discussion will be focused on his work with the FTC during the Biden Administration, the antimonopoly movement, expectations for antitrust enforcement under the Trump Administration, and what could or should come next.
