Join Mintz for a small group dinner near campus with two of our Corporate attorneys.

• Cheryl Reicin is an HLS alum and a partner in our Toronto office. She is an internationally recognized advisor to life sciences companies and some of the industry’s largest investors. She assists clients in developing innovative strategies for domestic and international growth and advises on highly complex transactions around the globe.
• Alex Civetta is an HLS alum and a senior associate in our Boston Office. He advises innovators and high-growth companies on the intersection of law and business, with an emphasis on entrepreneurship, technology transactions, and negotiation. He is a lifecycle lawyer who counsels companies from formation through exit, handling venture financings of all stages and levels of complexity, in addition to negotiating or advising on hundreds of technology, IP and commercial contract matters every year.

Students will have the opportunity to learn about Cheryl and Alex’s practices, chat about how they made the most of their time at HLS, and get advice on building a career in corporate law.
