Meet the Judge: Hon. David K. Thomson, Supreme Court of New Mexico

Justice David K. Thomson, of the Supreme Court of New Mexico, previously served as a state trial judge in the First Judicial District, in the Office of the New Mexico Attorney General as a litigation attorney and later as Deputy Attorney General, and as a solo practitioner. He also clerked for United States District Judge Bruce D. Black, District of New Mexico.
Hear from this judge about his work and clerking and ask questions in a face-to-face, small group setting. Through your presence, you can express interest that could help you if you choose to apply for his clerkship in the future. Even if you are not interested in working for the particular judge or court, simply learn more about lawyering, judging, and clerking, which could help you with other judges. Attendees consent through their registration to the program being recorded.
