The National Security & Law Association is hosting a lunch talk on Tuesday March 31 with three former general counsels of the armed forces branches. The panel will include Peter Beshar, former General Counsel of the Air Force; Carrie Ricci, former General Counsel of the Army; and Sean Coffey, former General Counsel of Navy.
