Please join HLSAA for a discussion with Hal Singer. Dr. Singer is an economic expert in antitrust, consumer protection, and regulation. He has researched, published, and testified on competition-related issues in a wide range of industries. In the labor antitrust space specifically, Singer is currently involved in a number of critical, noteworthy antitrust cases including: Cung Le, et al. v. Zuffa (the first monopsony case), Deslandes v. McDonald’s, Borozny et al. v. RTX Corporation, and the Broiler Chicken Grower Litigation.
