Join the Federalist Society for a conversation with Scott Bullock, President and Chief Counsel of the Institute for Justice, on the front lines of constitutional litigation. From challenging Flock surveillance cameras and qualified immunity to fighting eminent domain abuse and other affronts to individual liberty, Bullock will discuss how public-interest litigation can be used to vindicate constitutional rights and hold government accountable. Bullock joined the Institute for Justice at its founding in 1991, argued Kelo v. City of New London before the Supreme Court, and has spent more than three decades litigating landmark cases involving property rights, economic liberty, and government overreach. Lunch will be served.
