Finding a distinctive space in academic debates can be challenging.  How do law professors decide what to research and write about?  How should aspiring academics, in particular, think about these issues as they prepare to join the U.S. law teaching market, where hiring committees are likely to ask them about their plans for future research?  Join Professors Gersen and Lvovsky as they discuss the creative process for legal academics and how to develop and present a research agenda. Lunch will be provided.
