Please join the Harvard Law Review and the Texas A&M University Center on the Structural Constitution for a symposium on “Judicial Review in Jeopardy?” featuring a fireside chat with Justice Stephen Breyer of the U.S. Supreme Court and Chief Judge Jeffrey Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. The symposium will also feature four moderated panels consisting of the nation’s top constitutional and public law scholars.
