12:15 pm - 1:15 pm

WCC 1057

Interested in international law? The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team is recruiting students for the 2026-2027 team.

The Jessup Moot Court is the oldest and most prestigious public international law moot court competition, drawing participants from 600+ schools in over 80 countries every year. The competition simulates a fictional dispute between two states in front of the International Court of Justice. The U.S. national qualifying rounds will take place in February 2027, in Washington D.C., and the International Rounds in March-April 2027, in Toronto, Canada.

We will be holding an information session on Friday, September 11 at 12:15pm in WCC 1057, where you can hear more and ask questions. If you’ve heard enough and you’re ready to apply, you can find the application here (please note that the application is due 9/12, 11:59pm). Tryout materials will be released to you after we receive your application; tryouts are scheduled for week of September 14th.

Please contact jessuphls@gmail.com if you have any questions.
