Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model Part 2 Workshop for HLS Staff

​The Office of Equal Opportunity and HLS Human Resources welcome staff members to an exciting workshop, following and building on principles presented in the fall, led by faculty member and mediator David Hoffman, to build skills in mediation and conflict resolution. Professor Hoffman will revisit the introduction of a psychological tool, the Internal Family Systems (“IFS”) Model and apply IFS concepts to the practice of mediation, offering practice tools and techniques to help de-escalate tensions, build understanding, and resolve conflicts. This workshop will provide tips and tools for work and for everyday life.

​All staff are welcome to attend. Participation in last semester’s workshop is not a pre-requisite.
