​The Office of Equal Opportunity and HLS H uman Resources welcome staff members to an exciting workshop\, following an d building on principles presented in the fall\, led by faculty member and mediator David Hoffman\, to build skills in mediation and conflict resoluti on. Professor Hoffman will revisit the introduction of a psychological tool \, the Internal Family Systems (“IFS”) Model and apply IFS concepts to the practice of mediation\, offering practice tools and techniques to help de-e scalate tensions\, build understanding\, and resolve conflicts. This worksh op will provide tips and tools for work and for everyday life.

​All s taff are welcome to attend. Participation in last semester's workshop is no t a pre-requisite.
