David Bernstein chairs Debevoise & Plimpton’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group and is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading IP litigators; he represented Booking.com in its Supreme Court trademark victory and teaches trademark law as an adjunct at NYU and Berkeley.
