He began his career as an assistant tour manager for Destiny’s Child, later managing tours for each of the group’s members individually — Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams and Beyoncé. Grant began to serve as A&R for Roc Nation in 2011, where he was pivotal in the development of game-changing albums for artists like Rihanna, Mustard, Big Sean, Kylie Minogue and more. As co-president of Roc Nation Records from 2019 to 2025, Grant’s influence in the industry continues to expand as he works on records by some of today’s biggest names in music.
