He began his career as an assista nt tour manager for Destiny's Child\, later managing tours for each of the group's members individually — Kelly Rowland\, Michelle Williams and Beyonc é. Grant began to serve as A&R for Roc Nation in 2011\, where he was pivota l in the development of game-changing albums for artists like Rihanna\, Mus tard\, Big Sean\, Kylie Minogue and more. As co-president of Roc Nation Rec ords from 2019 to 2025\, Grant’s influence in the industry continues to exp and as he works on records by some of today’s biggest names in music.
