Dems Harvard v. Trump Field Trip

Come with Dems to hear former U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar argue on behalf of Harvard and its professors in the Trump v. Harvard funding litigation! This is the government’s appeal to the First Circuit after Harvard won both cases in the district court. We’ll meet at lower Hark at 8:15 am and then take the T to the courthouse.
