In partnership with the Center for Health Law and Policy, the Alliance for Reproductive Justice, and the Health Law Society, the HBLSA Public Interest Committee is hosting a panel discussion examining the ongoing crisis in Black maternal health across the United States. Despite significant medical advancements, Black women continue to experience disproportionately high rates of maternal mortality. During the discussion, we will explore the systemic harms impacting Black mothers and highlight practical strategies and tools to address and reduce these inequities. Panelists include Lacee Satcher, Brigette Davis, and Jamille Fields Allsbrook. Please RSVP here. Lunch will be provided.
