Karen Artz Ash is a Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman in New York and National Co-Chair of the firm’s Trademark/Copyright/Privacy Group, advising major fashion houses, designers, manufacturers and brand management companies on the full range of IP issues. She has taught IP licensing in the fashion industry as an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School for over 15 years.
