Benjamin Kanovitch brings over 25 years of experience advising French and international corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. He has been seconded to Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York, lectures at universities in France and the U.S., and contributes to consultations organized by French regulatory authorities.

Charlotte Caplanne advises on corporate governance, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions, offering practical insights from her work at Bredin Prat and during her secondment at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.
