Sandra Dawn Grannum is a skilled first-chair trial attorney who is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. She is a former in-house Wall Street counsel who concentrates on securities law and the securities industry. Clients turn to Sandy for complex securities litigation, including securities class actions and derivative suits, shareholder clawback adversarial proceedings, and takeover and business judgment rule litigations. Additionally, she has a robust single-plaintiff employment defense practice. She tries cases before state and federal courts, the EEOC, State Divisions of Human Resource ALJs, arbitration forums, including FINRA, AAA and JAMS, and mediates in these forums. She also argues at the appellate levels, including before FINRA’s NAC.

Sandy is a former member of the firm’s governing board, currently co-chairs the nationwide securities and financial services litigation practice group, and is the leader of the firm’s Florham Park, New Jersey office. Sandy has been honored for her efforts to promote diversity in the profession and to advance the professional development of diverse and female lawyers.
