Mike is a 1991 J.D. graduate of Harvard Law School. He has spent his entire career at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP (formerly Hale and Dorr), practicing in the firm’s Boston and New York offices. He serves as head of the firm’s securities litigation practice and is regarded as one of the nation’s leading securities litigators. Over the course of his thirty-five-year career, he has argued approximately 100 dispositive motions and appeals before trial and appellate courts.
