Mark Wehrly J.D. ’94

Mark Wehrly joined Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. in 1996, and is a Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Special Counsel of the firm. Prior to joining Farallon, Mark worked as a corporate law associate in the San Francisco office of Shearman & Sterling’s corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions practice groups. Mark graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School with a J.D. and with Distinction from Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics and in English Literature.
