Students will be required to write weekly questions and one response paper.

The Public Law Workshop reads contemporary work, in legal theory and adjacent disciplines, on the legal and political foundations of constitutional law, interpretive practice, and the administrative state. Invited speakers will present papers on topics relevant to the workshop’s themes.
