Oren Bar-Gill, Seduction By Contract: A Response to Critics, 9 Jerusalem Rev. Legal Stud. 95 (2014).

Abstract: I feel privileged that scholars of the caliber of Epstein, Becher and Zarsky and Teichman have engaged so deeply with my book, Seduction by Contract: Law, Economics and Psychology in Consumer Markets (hereinafter “Seduction”).1 I agree with many of their comments and observations. In this brief Response, I will attempt to clarify some of the arguments made in Seduction and explain why these arguments are consistent with many of the comments made by my four esteemed colleagues. Still, several important points of contention remain, and those too will be addressed in this Response.
