Abstract: The author reflects on the issue of advancing a bill to the U.S. Congress which aim to expose Saudi Arabia to a lawsuit in U.S. courts alleging the country's connection in the 9/11 terrorist attack, citing concerns on its implication on diplomatic and economic relation between the countries.
