Spring Reunion 2026

The Alumni Relations Team has secured a limited number of rooms at preferred rates for HLS alumni at the hotels listed below. After these rooms are filled, additional accommodations may be available at standard hotel rates.

For your convenience, we have also included a list of other recommended hotels in Cambridge and nearby towns you may wish to consider.

To help offset transportation costs between your lodging and campus, we are pleased to offer a complimentary $15 Uber voucher per guest upon check-in at the Reunion Registration Welcome Center.

      • Parking: $47 per day for self-parking. Valet parking is not available. (Rate subject to change without notice.)

      • $315 per night (excludes taxes and fees)
      • Guaranteed room reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance of arrival will be billed for one night’s room and tax if the guest does not arrive as scheduled.
      • The hotel reserves the right to close the rate once they have reached 90% occupancy for the hotel.
      • Once the HLS group rate only block is filled, please contact the hotel directly to inquire about additional availability. The Harvard Square Hotel will track names on a waitlist.
    • Reservation: All reservations must be made by contacting the Harvard Square Hotel directly via the booking link or referring to the group name HLS Spring Reunion 2026 when calling 617-864-5200 or 800-458-5886, or emailing reservations@harvardsquarehotel.com.
    • Cancellation policy: 48 hours in advance of arrival. If canceling within 48 hours, then one night’s room and tax will be charged.
      • If your plans have changed and you no longer require hotel accommodation at the Harvard Square Hotel, please let the hotel know as soon as possible so other alumni may be taken off the waitlist.
    • Cutoff date: Based on available inventory.
    • Self-parking: $50 overnight (subject to change without notice)
