Important Notes
“Program Capacity” represents the seat capacity for the specific program: LLM students or upper level JD students. The capacity numbers are fluid and may change as course demand increases/decreases. This number does not reflect the total course capacity. In general, total course capacities vary by course type: reading groups are 12; seminars are 22; most multi-section courses are 75-125; and many courses range from 30-125.
The reference guide files are static information at the time of posting. We will revise the files as new classes are added or removed. The “Notes” column will be added to display details for any newly added, updated, or removed classes for easy reference.
