If your registration is complete by February 29, your organization’s interview date(s) will be available on or after Monday – March 14 after 12 noon.
To access the interview date:
- Log in to Symplicity.
- Select the [OCI] tab followed by the [Schedule Request] sub-tab.
- Your organization’s date(s) can be found in the [Assigned Date] column.
- Click the date to view detailed information about each interview schedule.
- To make changes to your interview schedule(s), please use the [Request Schedule Changes & Questions] tab.
If your interview date does not appear in Symplicity on March 14 after 12 noon, please contact Steve Donovan at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the status of your registration.
Please note: Given the size of our recruitment program, and the goal of equitably rotating employer interview dates each year, we ask that you limit requests to change your interview date and understand that we may not be able to honor date change requests.
We will provide information about how to reserve interview room(s) and hospitality suites at The Charles Hotel on March 14, 2016. Information regarding alternative hotels for sleeping accommodations and reception venues will also be provided at that time.
