Meet the SFS Staff

Jill joined Harvard Law School in 2024 after 30 years in aid administration, including five years as the Financial Aid Compliance and Training Officer at Harvard University.  At HLS she is responsible for financial aid operations and the technologies that allow aid determination and delivery. She has a B.A. in French and History from the University of Iowa and an M.S. in Administration from Boston College.  She is a knitter who enjoys attending concerts and spending time with animals. 

Caitlin previously worked as a Student Financial Services Coordinator at HLS and in admissions and financial aid at the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Caitlin earned a B.S. in journalism from Emerson College. In her free time she enjoys photography, reading, and travel.

Nicole previously worked in development at Boston Children’s Hospital Trust and joined the Student Financial Services office at Harvard Law School in 2023. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Marquette University. In her free time, she enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, reading and attending sporting events.

Katy joined Harvard Law School in 2018. She previously worked in the Student Financial Services Office at Northeastern University as well as the Enrollment Management Office as a Budget Analyst. Katy earned her B.A. in journalism and her M.B.A from Northeastern University. In her free time she enjoys live music, attending any live sporting event, traveling and cooking.

Nichole joined Harvard Law School in July of 2024. Prior to joining HLS Nichole worked in the Human Resources department at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Nichole is an avid reader, and she enjoys listening to music, making jewelry, and event planning.

Tiffany has previously worked in the hospitality industry after earning her B.S. in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In her free time, she enjoys working on craft projects and traveling.

Suzete previously worked at Curry College as a Financial Aid Operations Coordinator. Suzete earned a B.S. in Accounting from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. In her free time she enjoys reading, travel, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kara previously worked in financial aid at Tufts University School of Medicine and at Rosemont College. She earned her B.A. in history from Allegheny College, her M.B.A. from Rosemont College, and her Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, and traveling.

Before joining HLS, he worked in undergraduate financial aid and enrollment management at Boston College. Jimmy earned his BA in Political Science from Loyola University Maryland and his Master’s degree in Higher Education Student Affairs from Boston College. In his spare time, Jimmy enjoys reading, skiing, traveling, and attending sporting events.

Natasha joined the Student Financial Services office in 2003 after working in financial aid and student employment at the University of Massachusetts, Boston for several years. In her free time, Natasha plays soccer, travels, and tries to attend as many local shows as possible. Natasha earned her B.A. from Grinnell College.

Henry joined Harvard Law School in 2023, previously having worked in undergraduate financial aid at MIT and Boston University. He earned his B.A. in English from Tufts University and is a classical singer and avid reader in his spare time. At HLS, Henry is the primary point person in SFS for communications, engagement initiatives, and financial education.
