Political Constitutionalism Revisited

The existing literature on political constitutionalism focuses predominately on its theoretical dimension, often as a counterargument to the increasingly prevailing legal constitutionalism. My S.J.D. project seeks to examine the institutions and practices of political constitutionalism by delving into the roles of the political branches in constitutional interpretation and implementation from a comparative perspective.
