Dissertation

AFRICAN ECONOMIC INTEGRATION: LAW AND THE DYNAMICS OF INEQUALITY.

The dissertation will look at the African Free Trade Area and how it intersects with the dynamics of inequality on the African Continent (between and within countries). It shall involve a legal analysis of the structures which may strengthen or weaken patterns of inequality, and also aims at identifying the legal and institutional arrangements which may contribute to the dynamic reinforcement of inequality when African nations trade with each other and with the rest of the world.
