Session Descriptions

Enhancing Client Centricity: A Move From Services to Experiences
Whether you work at a firm or an in-house legal department, you have clients. Through a series of mini-cases, you and your peers will examine real examples of client interactions through the lens of client-centricity. What actions are negatively impacting the client relationships? What initiatives have a positive impact on your client retention and loyalty? Do you employ any of these tactics? Hear from faculty and other participants how to take a more client-centric approach.

Building A Brand for your Organization and For Yourself
Understand more about branding and how to leverage it to differentiate your firm or organization, your practice group or department, and yourself. Learn to effectively communicate both the company/firm brand and your brand to connect with clients, pitch ideas, and influence stakeholders.

Leveraging Wins and Turning Challenges into Opportunities
Enhancing client-centricity, delivering collaborative problem solving, and driving change starts with celebrating and leveraging small wins and turning challenges into opportunities. This session will encourage you to think through a current challenge and a small win you have recently experienced – we will discuss the big motivational impact that can be felt by your clients and your team when forward progress is made in your work.
