We return with our first speakers event of the year on the private non-delegation doctrine in light of FCC v. Consumers’ Research from last term. Judge Wes Hendrix of the Northern District of Texas will discuss the development of the doctrine, its applicability to the thrilling sport of horseracing, and where it’s going after Consumers’ Research. Chick-fil-a will be served.
