The Brazil Legal Symposium is an annual event hosted by the Harvard Law School Brazilian Studies Association. Taking place on March 28th and 29th, 2025, the Symposium fosters dialogue between Brazilian and international stakeholders, bringing together leading experts, scholars, and practitioners to discuss pressing legal and political issues shaping Brazil’s future. This year’s Symposium will feature in-depth discussions on corporate law, race and inequality, competition policy, urban justice and housing security, among others. Participants will analyze legal frameworks, ethical concerns, and emerging trends while exploring practical solutions to today’s most complex legal challenges.
