Join HGSE professor Howard Gardner, originator of the theory of multiple intelligences, and Harvard Law School visiting professor Anthea Roberts, creator of Dragonfly Thinking AI tools and techniques, as they explore the evolving landscape of cognition and intelligence, examining how different types of thinking — both human and artificial — may develop together in both productive and problematic ways. They’ll consider the implications for education, raising important questions about whether AI represents an outsourcing of critical thinking or a chance to revamp or extend our cognitive capacities. Come engage with scholars and educators as we navigate the changing relationship between human minds and intelligent machines.
