Please join the Harvard Business Law Review for its annual Corporate Roundtable. This year, the discussion will focus on the rapid growth of private credit and its evolving role in modern corporate finance.
Over the past decade, private credit has emerged as a major source of capital, reshaping how companies and private equity sponsors finance transactions. As traditional banks retrench and capital markets fluctuate, private credit funds have stepped in to provide flexible, bespoke financing solutions – raising important questions about deal structure, risk allocation, and market stability.
This roundtable will feature practicing attorneys from leading law firms who regularly advise on private credit transactions. Panelists will provide an overview of how private credit deals are structured in practice and discuss recent signs of strain in the private credit market.
Lunch will be provided. Those who are able to attend the Corporate Roundtable will be given the opportunity to participate in a small group dinner with the panelists afterwards. RSVP here.
