Please join Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner (co-founding participant, Fight Against Federal Overreach) for a conversation with HLS public-interest-oriented students about criminal justice reform in theory and in practice, working in a reform (“progressive”) prosecutor’s office, moving from defense work to prosecution late in his career, how to evaluate a city’s criminal legal system when deciding where to practice, what local prosecutors can do in a time of federal officers exceeding their authority, and the nationwide movement to address the harms caused by the criminal legal system. Please come ready with questions for him—the more controversial, the better.
