Nirav N. Mehta joined Sullivan and Cromwell’s Tokyo office in 2018 and has been Partner since 2024. He focuses on capital markets and other corporate transactions, and he has a broad range of experience working on matters for issuers, underwriters and other market participants, including initial and follow-on public offerings of equity and senior and subordinated note offerings as well as consent solicitations, exchange offers and other liability management transactions, both on a registered basis and pursuant to various exemptions from registration with the SEC. Mr. Mehta has been recognized by Chambers and Partners (Japan Capital Markets: International: US Law) and Legal500 (Japan: Capital Markets: International firms and joint ventures).
