Student Panel: Spending 1L Summer Abroad

Curious about spending your 1L summer working outside the U.S.? Join CISGA to hear from three 2Ls who did just that. Tenzin Yonten split his summer between the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva and the Supreme Court of India. Ram Orfanel worked on government negotiations and contract drafting at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank in Beijing. Mark Anthony Lorenc divided his summer between Anderson Mōri & Tomotsune in Tokyo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. They’ll share how they found their positions, what the work was like, and the practical side of living and working abroad.
